Is there an elevator in the building? Does the flat have air conditioning? And the terrace is big enough on which to put a chair, table, and hang clothes?

Would the new tenant sign a 1-year lease of some sort or take over your remaining lease? If the latter, how many months are left on the lease?

1 year lease.
you can take over immediately. As we are leaving Wednesday.
the terrace is a 20 m2 and big enough to tables chairs, sunbeds and laundry
Please contact the owner about the financial as they are the ones who is taking care of that side.

There is a lift in the building.
I do not know if the owner will let you take over a period of our lease....
