I'm sorry to learn of the recent bombing on July 29 and July 30. My prayers are with the Civil Guardia for the deaths and injuries to their members and families.
Thank you.

This is a regular rant of mine ... The 2 guys from The Guardia Civil are much more honourable than the ETA cowards .
The situation is that the Spanish government have been successfuly arresting many of the top commanders in ETA recently and now ETA is trying to make a "statement" to prove that they are still active .
The bomb in Mallorca was fatal but a few days before , ETA activated a huge bomb outside the Guardia Civil barracks in Burgos wounding something like 70 people ( miraculously nobody was killed ) .
Spain is now on high alert for future bombs . It amazes or mystifies me what these guys think they are achieving .

While it IS political, (how can it not be?) we should be able to talk openly about ETA incidents from a current-events standpoint.

Good for you MadridMan. ETA is terrorists, period. They should be hunted down by all not just Spain. I am glad France is doing more and more in recent years.
I put my five cents worth calmly. smile
